Conceptualization and Validation of Charisma in Everyday Life
Although both scholars and lay people are fascinated with charismatic individuals, relatively few theorists have attempted to define charisma. The goal of the current work is therefore to identify the components of individual differences in charisma and to demonstrate the impact of charisma in everyday life.
This research is supported through the Heritage Fund Initiative, which celebrates personality and social psychology's heritage by honoring some of the great teachers and scientists who have made major contributions to field.
